Gina is adept at putting the right people in place, with the tools they need, to perform optimally as part of a goal-driven team. She helps CEOs drive profitability by developing your teams and creating the operational processes that deliver on your vision.

Gina’s leadership expertise has touched many different sectors including tech, manufacturing and general business. She has served as COO for a global solutions provider where she led overall business operations – executing the company’s strategic vision, and driving operational efficiency, business transformation and business process improvement.
Prior to founding P3, Gina Fedeli drove a 600% increase in revenue (via a combination of people and process development) as Chief Operation Officer of an IT Managed Service Provider. Earlier in her career, Gina was President of GCF Consulting, where she and her colleagues resolved operational and organizational issues for both technology and manufacturing firms. She has the horsepower to develop the right mix of people and processes for your organization, that will drive profitability now and for the future.
Gina enjoys outdoor activities, personal and professional development, travel, and is the proud parent of two large pups.
Monyca Brown supports P3 clients in all things people-related. She specializes in partnering with business owners to bring clarity to the chaos—whether that’s building HR foundations and guidelines, navigating complex people challenges, or supporting thoughtful team growth.
Monyca helps create structure, ensure compliance, and develop HR strategies that are both effective and human-centered. She is the go-to expert in developing your onboarding process, personnel trainings, policies and employee handbooks. Monyca has worked with organizations of all sizes across multiple industries including financial services, commercial real estate, healthcare and non-profits. She is the steady hand that’s always ready to tackle your toughest tasks and support your people.
Monyca remains passionate about making work feel more human and less transactional. With degrees in Psychology and Organizational Management, she brings both empathy and deep expertise, in an easygoing, practical approach that makes even the most daunting HR tasks feel doable.
Outside of her professional work, Monyca finds joy in walking, cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. She’s an avid fan of puzzles—both jigsaw and crossword—and never far from a playlist filled with Motown, '80s, and '90s favorites. She brings that same love for rhythm, connection, and calm to every P3 client she supports.
David’s role is to keep your operations running smoothly. He enjoys working with clients to bring order to processes, data systems, policies and procedures…so they are more efficient and understandable for everyone. David specializes in Operations and IT Systems Management, and often leads system-wide integrations for acquisitions, day-to-day operations and client onboardings.
David is known for his data mining capabilities. He expertly pulls the relevant data, analyzes information, and compiles reports that allow business leaders to make data-driven decisions and drive positive results. Afterwards, David continues to monitor progress and modify systems to enhance outcomes.
Behind the scenes, David identifies and implements custom automation and integration that keeps things moving forward. He has directed Operations for mid-sized MSPs and the banking industry. David’s Capital One - IP Phone Deployment was recognized by InfoWorld as a Top 10 IT Project.
Having served as Director of Data Center Operations and Technology for complex banking, education and MSP clients, David has the horsepower to tackle any operational issue with ease and efficiency on behalf of your organization.
David lives in Central VA with his spouse, where they enjoy traveling to new places, visiting their children and grandchild, and game nights with friends.
Alicia brings clarity to your company’s communications from the inside out. Whether that’s clearly defining your values and simplifying the sales message, or teaching your team how to communicate in a compelling, consistent and customer-focused way, Alicia leads your organization in a better way to talk about your business.
Alicia’s marketing and client-service experience spans large companies in multiple industries, to small businesses of all kinds. An engaging “utility player”, Alicia quickly steps in to identify an organization’s most important strengths and relevant benefits, then evaluates the current customer experience and impact. Her contribution to your company is in creating a communications strategy that highlights what makes your business unique, builds your brand, and enhances your relationship with both customers and employees.
A life-long marketer, Alicia has served as Managing Director and VP at Ryan Partnership where her role was to manage and grow clients’ businesses such as Digital Equipment, Unilever, Harley-Davidson, the NBA, Citibank, GE, Häagen-Dazs, The Hartford and Chanel.
Alicia loves to travel, learn and explore new places, people and things. She is always expanding her perspective through EQ trainings, Improv skills and an active lifestyle.
